    Recieved my brake booster kit for my 74 bronco but one of the peices did not thread on. Contacted them twice through email with no reply other than to say we will reply. I had to make my own piece. Bad customer service and parts don’t always fit.

    I didn’t get a chance to use the parts do to an untimely response to replacing a defective part ( terminals pulled through boot on plug wires, see pics). I stated that, due to my return flight being canceled and needing a vehicle here I needed to get the truck running ASAP and requested replacement parts. A week later, after replacing the stock parts due to time constraints I received an email requesting a picture of the damaged part, which I provided, and a “sorry for the late response “and would I measure-the length of the wires in question . I stated that due to time restraints I had to replace the stock parts and requested a refund. Their resolution, I can send their defective parts back at my expense (buyer pays shipping so I’m told) and their convenience, (returns must be received in 14 days). No concessions made on their part to resolve the problem. I’m expected to spend my time and resources resolving a problem that should have been as simple as we apologize for the inconvenience, what can we do to resolve the problem. I sent an email stating that it was unfair to me to under the circumstances to be expected to pay to return their defective parts. It’s been 3 days I have yet to get a response.

    I am still getting nothing but excuses. I was told I would be getting replacement parts (a compromise I made for the sake of settling it which sticks me with parts I don’t need due to them not responding for a week and me having to source parts elsewhere) After numerous emails and excuses. I was told I would be sent a tracking number which I have yet to receive. Their customer service strings you along offering no resolution in hope that you will just give up so they don’t have to do/or answer for not their job. This is completely ridiculous and the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I did a little research and learned I am not the only one to have recent issues with them.

    Lights I ordered were discolored. Carla (southwestern) said there will be a 20% restocking fee, instead of sending two lights with the neccessary quality to place on a classic vehicle. Terrible customer service, and inferior products. Stay away!!!

    I can’t say enough negative things about this company, they misrepresent the products – pictures are not the same as what is sent. The only response you get is that you are responsible for the return postage plus a 20% restocking fee – no explanation or reason- they won’t even admit there own mistake.
    Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
